Terms of Sale
These terms cover your purchase of Your Software Mess Manual, Workbook 1 (the “workbook”) from Pilot West Studios LLC (“Pilot West Studios,” “we”), based in Nashville, Tennessee. By buying the workbook, you agree to them.
What you are buying
The workbook is a digital book delivered as a PDF, designed to print and fill in by hand. Nothing is shipped. After payment you can download it from your order page, and we email you a link to the same download.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the sales page and again at checkout, along with any tax that applies. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How you may use it
You may print as many copies of the workbook as you need and share them with the people in your own business. You may not post it publicly, sell it, or pass it off as your own work. All rights not granted here stay with Pilot West Studios.
Refunds
If the workbook doesn’t help you, email books@pilotweststudios.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid. You don’t need to give a reason, though we’d love your feedback so we can improve it. Once a refund goes through, your download link stops working.
Not professional advice
The workbook offers general information to help you think through software decisions. It is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make.
Warranty and liability
Apart from the refund promise above, the workbook is provided as is, without any other warranty. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to the workbook is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought the workbook applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
